Do I need a permit for my fence?
It depends on your municipality and fence height. Many standard residential fences don't require one, but some Triangle towns and HOAs do — we handle the permitting so you don't have to.
Do you handle HOA requirements?
Yes. We build to your HOA's height, material, and style specs and can provide drawings or spec sheets for approval.
Will you remove and haul away my old fence?
Absolutely. Tear-out and disposal of your existing fence can be included in your written quote.
Do you offer a warranty?
Every fence and gate we build carries our 1-year workmanship warranty, in writing. Defects in workmanship are repaired free of charge.
Do you repair or stain existing fences?
Yes. Fence repair and professional fence staining are core services — leaning posts, storm damage, sagging gates, or a gray fence that needs new life.
