What’s Covered
Every wood fence, vinyl fence, aluminum or steel fence, chain link fence, ranch fence, driveway gate, and dumpster corral we build comes with a warranty. This is a workmanship warranty: it covers the labor and craftsmanship that went into your fence or gate. During the warranty period we repair or replace any fence or gate found to be defective in workmanship, free of charge.
We warranty all fences and gates we build for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. Material manufacturers’ own warranties (for example on vinyl or composite boards) apply in addition to ours.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:
- Acts of nature, including storms, floods, fallen trees, or other natural events.
- Improper maintenance, neglect, or lack of regular care.
- Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse of the fence or gate — including vehicles striking a dumpster corral (bollards are the fix for that).
- Modifications or alterations made by anyone other than PMA Fence Builders.
- Normal wear and tear, including natural weathering and color change of wood.

To submit a warranty claim, fill out the form with as much detail as possible — a clear description of the defect and, if you can, a photo texted to (919) 514-0126. We’ll respond as soon as possible.
