The ideal candidate has a solid five years of experience in general construction, ideally with fencing projects.
Proficiency with hand and power tools and a real understanding of general construction principles is a must.
Customer service matters here: this role works directly with homeowners and property managers during installations.
Responsibilities
- Drive to scheduled job sites, engage with customers, and execute project tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Provide hands-on labor to meet project deadlines and ensure timely completion.
- Follow OSHA and other safety regulations, prioritizing a secure work environment.
- Load and unload materials onto vehicles.
- Ensure precise, quality installation of every product.
- Perform basic carpentry duties, including fence build-outs, and dismantle and remove old fencing where needed.
- Conduct a thorough post-job inspection and clean the job site meticulously.
- Review job completion with customers, ensure their satisfaction, and explain proper care for long-lasting performance.
- Perform service work on our products as required.
- Follow PMA Fence Builders processes and policies at every work level.
- Maintain personal liability insurance as required.
- Take on additional duties as assigned.
